If it’s all about size and health, then why did Jesus curse that big, healthy-looking fig tree? Could it be that we are aiming to shape churches that will impress everyone but him? What does a truly fruitful church look like?

Andrew Turner has been a pastor in our Baptist movement for almost 20 years! He’s also an author, a blogger, a husband, father of three, and a lover of German board games. He’s also a keen evangelist and works as our Church Development Facilitator, where he works with leadership teams to help grow and develop their churches.
