Are you frustrated with your marriage - do   you feel like you've tried everything   that you can think of with no results I   have some good news for you today hi I'm   Gina with New Vision Counseling and I'm   gonna talk today about the number one   problems in marriage you know I believe   the most the biggest problem in our   marriage is simply one thing and that's   priority now I know what some of you are   thinking right now you're thinking yeah   Gina that's the problem my husband   doesn't make me my priority my wife   never makes me a priority that's not the   priority I'm talking about see I think   the number-one problem in marriages is   priority but it's not the marriage   priority it's our relationship with God   right 40 you know God doesn't he's not a   bully he's not an egomaniac and and he's   not up there saying you have to make me   a priority no he wants us to make a   human priority because it actually   protects our heart and it protects our   relationships because when we elevate   our relationships our marriage above our   relationship with God do you know God   has obligated to disappoint us yes   because he knows that no man can ever   meet the needs of our heart and when we   when we try to get our needs met from   our spouse when we when our spouse to   love us more and make us feel valuable   make us feel precious and make us feel   wanted and that's great and we should   and they should but the problem is man   isn't does not have the capacity to meet   those needs of our heart only God has   the capacity so as we make our priority   our relationship with God a priority and   he meets the deepest needs of our soul   and then our marriage lines up as the   second priority now we're in a place   that we can actually give to that give   to that relationship it's now marriage   is not a source to meet our needs but   it's a relationship that that we're   actually seeking to meet our spouse's   needs so let me just encourage you today   God wants you to have a fabulous   marriage and he he will bless your   marriage but it has to be in the right   priority make god your first priority   and make your marriage your second   priority and watch your marriage   flourish so you're listening to this   today and you're saying what is the next   step   good question go to new vision   counseling dot live reach out to us so   we can help you today so you can start   living your best life yet   you
