It sure would be nice if people would be more direct... Why do we do this? Many of us tend to drop hints or beat around the bush in an effort to be polite or unobtrusive rather than asking for what we want or need, and this can be a frustrating process for all parties involved. In this episode we directly address some of the reasons why we communicate this way, and suggest a few ways to be more clear (without being rude, of course).
