Good Morning, Friends! In my first podcast episode ever I want to share my experience of frustration with you. Sounds like fun, right? I promise, while not fun in the moment, I learned so much from allowing this feeling and I can't wait to share what I learned with you. In this episode I talk about and explain 'the model' that I use with coaching both myself and my clients. I then use this model to take a look at my dominant emotion as I create my new website. I talk about why this is my dominant emotion and exactly how I created it. Being able to sit with this emotion is going to be the key to my success in both creating my website. I suspect it won't end there either. If this is an emotion you find yourself feeling, have a listen and see if you if you identify with my experience. And if you don't, that's okay! Maybe you'll learn something interesting or be able to better empathize with others having a different experience than you. Feel free to let me know what you think about this episode, what you'd like to hear more about, or something else. Per a client's request, in my next episode, I will talk about my experience with 'depression' and how it can be looked at through a coaching lens. Happy podcasting!
