FSU Head Coach Willie Taggart joined John and Randy. Coach Taggart explained to us why he left Oregon for the FSU job and it was his dream spot. Coach Taggart expressed what he wants out of his players at FSU and how they plan to conduct spring practice. Coach Taggart says it’s not always an easy sale in recruiting just because you have FSU on your shirt but it’s still not too difficult. Coach Taggart told us the QB competition is real and they are taking their time bringing back Francios from injury.

Coach Taggart chuckled when talking about his RB’s and told us they can do a lot of damage to opponent. Coach Taggart says he hasn’t found a leader for the defense yet but he expects them to be dominant this year and will find their Alpha males through practice. Coach Taggart told us he wants to beat Florida, Miami and Clemson. Coach Taggart says as long as they take care of their business you will see them back on top sooner rather than later. Coach Taggart described his relation with FSU Basketball Coach Leonard Hamilton and says he is able to bounce things off him when needed. Coach Taggart mentioned his think for putting up the motivation signs around the field for the players to look at and understand what is expected of them at FSU on and off the field.
