After the news of the firing of Dan Mullen, the Florida Gators had 1 more home game in the swamp vs a in state rival Florida State, Greg Knox the special teams coach was the interim coach and he did a hell of a job for the win. The final score was 24-21 with Gators on top and with that win the gators are bowl eligible and will have a chance to head into 2022 on a positive note.

But with even more exciting news the Gators have found there new head coach and his name is Billy Napier, head coach of Louisiana Lafayette and has a amazing track sheet.

So it seems to be fitting to bring him in and i personally think this was a good hire but its going to be about the guys he brings in and how well can he recruit, I think its time for Gator Nation to finally have a stepping stool into consistency of a program but what do I know?....Only time will tell
