Hey, soccer fans! Pinch me, I must be dreaming - or is it a nightmare!? The Chicago Fire have extended the contracts of Sporting Director Georg Heitz and Technical Director Sebastian Pelzer. On the one hand, owner Joe Mansueto must really love the internal developments from Heitz and Pelzer - training facilities, youth investments, corporate culture, Lugano success. On the other hand, the on-the-field product has regressed to point of fan apathy and the sense of tone-deafness from the club. Nick gives his honest and loud opinions on what these executives could have actually done to deserve more responsibility and more money.
