The retreat from the recent highs is good news (a healthy correction) given the near 90 degree rally since mid-December, says Tim Young, day trader from Ayondo, but adds that things could get ugly if the index dips below 7000 levels.

Young believes the bulls need a catalyst to push the index back to the recent highs.
