Season seven set up a lot of interesting plot points not least the fact that Alicia has been bitten and as of now, has not turned or died from this... did she cut off her arm in time or is it just a matter of when not if she will succumb to the virus... is the nuclear radiation helping her...

Absolutely none of this is answered or addressed in this episode, it is literally a fever dream of a mess that we would like to forget we ever had to sit through let alone then talk about.
