Alex Heaton is a Marine Corps veteran that has begun work in support of deported veterans. This is a segment of the veteran community that I had never considered or learned about. So, when I heard Alex had experience, I immediately invited him on to talk about it.
Lock-N-Load Java has re-branded to Alpha Coffee. Same great company, same great coffee, just a different look on the packaging. Go to www.alpha.coffee to check them out.
Enjoy the show and stay tuned for more Fuel For Warriors!!!
Sekou Andrews is a very passionate and motivating person. I first heard about him on the Tim Ferriss Show, and when I watched one of his TED Talks I knew I had to have him on the show.
Sekou and I had some scheduling complications, and then some technology issues, but we ultimately made it happen and I'm so glad we did.
He's talks with us about what it means to be a warrior, his routine before a speaking engagement, and how we can all get the best out of ourselves.
If you're inspired by Sekou, you need to check out his webinar that he's hosting on October 18th.
Click here for information on that event.
Thanks for listening and be sure to thank Sekou on Twitter for joining us.

This week's warrior is Army veteran Michael Le Buhn.
Michael is a stand up comedian in the Champagne, Illinois area. He served in the Army before pursuing comedy, and received a Purple Heart when he was wounded in Iraq.
Michael joined me on the 1, 2, Many: Veteran Suicide podcast a while back, and I wrote a story on him for VA's Vantage Point blog. Now, he's here to share his thoughts on the warrior ethos, comedy, bombing at a show, his challenges, and his inspirations.
"We're the ones that run towards the sounds of explosions," Michael said.
Be sure to follow Michael and the team on Twitter and let us know what you think of the interview.

No podcast this past Friday for the holiday weekend but I still wanted to put out an Independence Day message recognizing a true warrior in our nation's history.
Have a safe 4th of July!
This week's episode features Marine Corps veteran Nicholas Mulzoff.
Nick is a good friend of mine, so I invited him to help me celebrate episode 50.
With all of the talk about guns in the media, I wanted to bring on a gun owner to talk about the situation.
Nick and I talk about gun ownership, assault weapons, practical gun law, reform, and more.
As always, he tells us what it means to be a Warrior, what challenges he faces, and what ultimately inspires him.

This weeks' guest is Jason Eames, a Andre Galvao black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
I originally met Jason when I was filming at his training location, Atos West Chester. After speaking with him a few times, I knew he'd be a great guest on the show.
We've had some UFC stars on the show before, but have never really gotten into the sport. So, I had Jason explain a number of things about the art of jiu-jitsu. Jason goes over the belt structure, earning belts, time commitment for training, the practical application of the martial art, and more.
Find out how Jason perceives being a warrior, challenges he faces, and what ultimately inspires him.
