I believe because of this talk I was able to go into my second birth incredibly clear and confident. 

We delivered our Son at home.

The perfect hypnobirthing water home-birth I have dreamed of. 

This episode shares how I hoped for this experience with my first pregnancy which ended up being a dangerous 180.
