What about when a teammate approaches you and says "Hey why aren't playing? You're better than the other guy." Your answer can impact your coach, your teammates and how they play for you when you do get the call. How you deal with situations like that can ultimately impact your success and the result when you do get the net. When you aren't playing its a constant battle with your own self esteem and Daccord and Brown talk about how to handle that and that "battle over your own thoughts." What about parents?
