Today, I am sitting down with Gibsey and Josh Beckett of Thibido Winery in Paso Robles. Josh comes from a long history of wine in the region, working with his parents and even creating his own label with his brother, but he was still searching for more. Together, he and Gibsey are fulfilling their dream of owning and farming their own estate vineyard. Thibido wines labels have unique names and the wines inside are just as distinctive.
