This steady yoga flow with Wendy moves through classic poses that warm the whole body while building strength and balance. The session begins with downward dog, plank transitions, and puppy pose to open the shoulders before moving into lunges, warrior sequences, and deep stretches that activate the legs and core.


You’ll flow through Warrior I, Warrior II, side angle poses, chair pose twists, and standing stretches designed to lengthen the spine and improve mobility. The class finishes with grounding stretches and a chest opener before closing in a calm standing reset.
