In this class you will be working the entire body using a booty band to add resistance. This class can be done without any equipment but by adding a booty band you will feel the burn and challenge yourself more. The intention for this class is to not only train your whole body but to also learn new ways you can incorporate a resistance/booty band into your workouts in the future.
