The debut of the 2021 NFL season is coming this week and Tom Brady, Mike Evans and Lavonte David are ready to defend their Super Bowl title staring against the Dallas Cowboys.
But, on our second edition of the BucPower.com Podcast, we look at another debut. That of new coach Ray Perkins and his 1987 Buccaneers.
Historian Paul Stewart and his guests- long-time, Tampa Bay media, Bucs sports writer Joey Johnston and former starting center Randy "Bubba" Grimes look back at the week one destruction of the Atlanta Falcons.
Re-live it all with great stories from Joey and Randy, as the Buccaneers, who had won only 4 games the previous two seasons scored (at that time) the most points in a single game in franchise history (48) and had the NFL, at least for a week, buzzing.
