Chapter 1:

-Still no explanation from North Vancouver RCMP as to why they've closed Capilano Road from Highway 1 south to 21st Street.  A caller to AM730 says police have been checking vehicles, and a police tent has been erected.  Police will only say they hope to re-open Cap Road early on in the morning rush hour.

Chapter 2: Jon’s Thoughts

-BC Premier John Horgan is urging people to call police if they know anything that might help investigators probing Saturday night's brazen gang-related gunfight in Vancouver that claimed two lives, including a 15-year-old boy.  From The Premier, To the Mayor, to the Chief of Police, words of condolences are aired whenever tragedies like this happen, but nothing ever changes after that.

Chapter 3:

-A 15 year-old boy from Coquitlam who was an innocent bystander, struck by a bullet during a shooting Saturday night, has died, according to the BC Coroners Service.  The teenager was inside a car driving by when shots rang out at Broadway and Ontario Streets just after 9 p.m.

Chapter 4: Niki Brings The News

-Despite being one of the great advancements in human history, some North Vancouver residents are opting to drink “raw water” instead of treated water.

Chapter 5: View From Victoria

-There is a report due out today from the mobility pricing commission, set up by NDP government in wake of removal of tolls on Port Mann, Golden Ears bridges.  So what can we expect with regards to “Mobility Prices”…other than the fact you shouldn’t call it a toll!  The Vancouver Sun’s Vaughn Palmer is here with his take on the day's headlines.

Chapter 6: Tech Report

-Humans have a problem getting rid of their waste and the same can be said for all the junk that’s flying around in space.  With Humans relying on Satellites for global communication, the space station almost having to “abandon ship”, is it time to find a solution to the space junk problem?  Tim Dickert has the tech report.

Chapter 7:

-When you call a business and you’re looking for help either choosing a new product or upgrading your current product, what laws are in place to prevent you, the consumer, from being taken advantage of?  Rogers Communications is taking a bit of heat after a customer was sold a product that he says he didn’t need or want and which ended up costing him more money than he expected.

Chapter 8:

- A recent court case in BC has shown a disturbing fraud scheme that involved immigration, tax avoidance & real estate property purchases.  This shady business is just one more look into the problems that exist in Vancouver with crime, real estate and immigration.

Chapter 10:

-Today the Vancouver Convention Centre has become the meeting point for 20 different nations to discuss the threat North Korea poses to the world.  Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland says the message to North Korea's leadership is clear - the pursuit of nuclearization will bring neither security nor prosperity.  She says it will lead only to more sanctions and perpetual instability on the peninsula.
