Chapter 1:

-As BC continues to battle the opioid epidemic, an expert is hoping summer music festivals will use new technology to keep attendees safe.

Chapter 2:

-Is the Canadian Government bowing down to local media outlets?  That’s what one person is saying after a deal between China and Aecon construction group was cancelled due to National Security concerns.

Chapter 3:

-Yesterday, Coquitlam mayor Richard Stewart joined us for Mayors Day where he shared a very personal story. His daughter suffered a mental health crisis in 2012 and was admitted to hospital. But during the family’s journey through the health system - they discovered there are severe gaps in mental health treatment.

Chapter 4:

-Police continually issue this warning to the public: don’t leave your children unattended in your vehicle. However, what happens when it is a cop who leaves their children alone inside a car?

Chapter 5:

-The show went on without Rachel Notley in Yellowknife, where the other western premiers talked about all the great work they got done.  The Province newspaper's Michael Smyth is here with his take on the day's headlines.

Chapter 6:

-Today, the Mobility Pricing Independent Commission will release a report into how Vancouver’s roads should be taxed at the TransLink Mayors Council.

Chapter 7:

-The Las Vegas Golden Knights fan's have waited a whole 8 months to get to a Stanley Cup Final!  It's been an impressive run for a brand new team and now we get to see if they can finish on top!

Chapter 8:

-A major pipeline that would pump jet fuel under Richmond to YVR is one step closer to construction. The line would go underground below Highway 99 and to the airport. Now that the Environmental Assessment Certificate has been approved, the next step is for three key pieces of paperwork to make their way to City Council. Richmond has always been opposed to the project.

Chapter 9:

-Did anyone see this coming?  The Las Vegas Golden Knights are headed to the Stanley Cup playoffs?  If you threw down some money at the beginning of the season then you may be on the edge of your seat hoping for a big payday.

Chapter 10:

-A recent analysis by the Canadian Foreign Policy Journal found three major Canadian newspapers gave favourable coverage of China’s ruling communist party - while glossing over its human rights violations.
