Adam Winkler is a Law Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles. Winkler is a specialist in American constitutional law, the Supreme Court, and gun policy. His latest book which came out in 2018 is called “We the Corporations: How American Businesses Won Their Civil Rights”. Prof. Winkler joins Mike to discuss the Sandy Hook families reaching a settlement of $73 million with Remington.
