Nonetheless, things proceed swimmingly until they are attacked just outside the Polish border. Unwisely camping nearby to bury their own new dead, they are soon ambushed by more assailants — not just the Nazi loyalists known as "Werewolves" who remain active in such isolated places, but also townspeople who have learned to detest Russian forces just as much as German soldiers.
