Until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ.

God's desire is that we all come into the fullness of his totality and as such he requires that we conciously go through the necessary pathways he has designated for each of us in order to come into the fullness of Christ.
