Focus got the chance to sit down and chop it up with some Olympic winners -- specifically athletes, Allyson Felix*, Emma Coburn*, Jenny Simpson* and Kristi Castlin* of the Womens USA Track & Field . The four ladies respectively discuss what it was like competing, thoughts on Kaepernick, music they listen to for motivation, devouring hot Cheetos, busted feet and so much more. There's a lot of 'AFMW' in the episode; needless to say, all bases were covered!

But, prior to that, we couldn't come into the studio and not acknowledge the killings of Terrence Crutcher and Keith Lamont Scott in the recent week. We briefly shed light on the the war on blacks, which is still apparently underway in Ah'meria; it needs to be addressed as a form of national terrorism due to the continuous events in this country.
