He is Episcopal President and Founder of FB Marshall Ministries International. Bishop

Marshall is the author of “The 21st Century Apostolic” Compendium which was written to help

establish and assist candidates and his/her cathedral church in preparation for elevation and

training for the Apostolic and Episcopacy. He will also release his new book later this year

entitled “The Dichotomy between Samuel and Saul”.

The man of God has learned much through the adversities of being a “desert child”, but like all

true desert children, has also learned to overcome by the blood of the Lamb and the word of his

testimony.His family consists of his wife, Pastor Sheri B. Marshall, their three sons, Freddie III, Justin

Spencer and Carlton Brandon Elliott Marshall and their two God-daughters, Taylor Leigh and

Torei Leni Thomas, whom they are rearing.
