Fully vaccinated people can safely visit in small groups and they can visit unvaccinated family members, who are not at high risk, according to a new CDC guidance. Fully vaccinated people should still wear masks in public, avoid travel and crowds. More than nine percent of people in the United States are fully vaccinated. Now, more than two million covid vaccine doses per day are being administered per day. 

Dr. Anthony Fauci says that new covid cases are plateauing at level and that's "not acceptable." An health expert warns that the Untied States is in the "eye of the hurricane" as states ease restrictions despite covid variant threats. The CDC director says that March and April are critical months to stop another covid surge in cases. 

A final passage of President Joe Biden's covidi relief expected on Wednesday. Biden is to deliver his first prime-time address on pandemic Thursday. The House vote will test Democrat unity as the GOP stands together against Biden's 1.9 trillion dollar covid relief bill.
