Well, GRP IT Recruitment is looking for a Functional analyst

specialised in Identity Access Management

for its strategic partner, who is a European organization

with offices in Switzerland, in the UK, in the Netherlands and in Hungary.

As a Functional Analyst you will

- participate in the complete lifecycle of IAM solution delivery

- build concept and design to implementation,

- coordinate testing, roll-out and support,

- be the bridge between the business and technology,

- gather business requirements,

- create functional design based on requirements,

- translate business requirements into specifications,

- develop solutions to be implemented,

- manage quality and timely requirement gathering,

- build requirement priority for validation testing,

- communicate requirements for effective validation,

- work independently in an international team,

- have occasional business trips to clients abroad.

Apply if you have

- 5 years of experience in functional analysis,

- technology solution validation experience,

- strong background in business process analysis,

- requirements engineering,

- and process design modelling,

- vendor side experience in the complete development lifecycle,

- experience in software implementation projects,

- experience in at least 3 business client facing projects,

- solid experience in international projects,

- fluent English as a working language (both verbally and in written),

- experience with One Identity or any similar IAM products,

- excellent verbal and written communication,

- ability to present complex design concepts,

- experience in creating functional specifications,

- capability and desire to learn and improve,

- preference for teamwork,

- good time management,

- effective and appropriate communication and interpersonal skills,

- self-motivated, resourceful,

- and able to meet requirements with minimal direct supervision.

Salary range

Well, as we believe in salary transparency, I will share with you the salary range for this job.

For us this is not a taboo, and this should be communicated openly.

gross 800.000 – 1.2 million HUF per month

So, as you can see the selection process is quite smooth and it does not take longer than 1-2 weeks.
