People love to throw around the expression "do as I say, not as a I do". It may be a truism about human behavior, but it is nothing to laugh about. The fundamental truth that our leaders need to live the way they suggest we live- but don't- is at the bottom of problems in relationships from marriage, to family, to jobs... even to our government. It's something we learned the importance of while playing Simon Says as children... and it's here in these chapters in Numbers.
