Just in - new relationship between FOX and LMC insures funding for Endurance BEV pick up launch and build. LMC now has more control - FOX agrees to be essentially a silent partner. The MED JV LLC has been replaced by this new agreement. LMC expected to completely take over BEV Program Management at this FOXCONN's only fully owned  BEV plant. Very bullish! MXUX
