Mrs. Felicia Blow, Associate Vice President for Development and Campaign Director at Hampton University in Virginia.  She is an award-winning leader with over 28 years of extensive organizational, strategic planning, leadership and management experience. In her role at Hampton, she is responsible for the University’s $150 Million Dream No Small Dreams II Campaign.  Mrs. Blow earned her Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University; her Master’s in Business Administration from Strayer University; and she is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Higher Education Administration from Old Dominion University.
