Stephen Buzard is the Funeral Director and Mortician in a small town in Western Pennsylvania. He is also the mayor of the tourist town of Foxburg where the oldest golf course in the United States. Buzard as his friends call him didn't start out so confident. On the interstate on his way to work with his walkie talkie he realized there was more he wanted out of life and came back home to work at his family's funeral home. The growth he has experienced with his family and town is one we need to pay attention to. Civil servants are the heroes in our town that always answer the calls we all complain about.
