Here are some funk treats as I always do. This time you get to hear my sexy voice. No, I'm not high, but my tempo is slow. Anyhoo, this is the first installment of a series I want to do called Funk Sundays, which may perhaps end up in a venue here in Denver. I'm tryin' to spread the word via podcasts first and see what I get.

These tracks are standards for the most part, something I don't mind. I tell you the track list in the cast, so don't email me about what the tracks are. I'm not a turntablist nor do I claim to have obscure records. I like to play what I enjoy and as I acquire more goods I will play them. I guess you could say I'm a novice collector. I just dig vinyl and old music, go fuck yourself. Besides fucking yourself, if you're in the Denver area, let me know if you'd be interested in a funk night. Of course there'll be soul too, but I concentrate my energy on funkiness and dabble in soul (the distinction can be contentious at times).
