Drink:  Funny Girl Cocktail 

Ingredients (1 cocktail): 

1/2 ounce Dry Sherry 
1/2 teaspoon rosewater
Pink Champagne or Sparkling Wine, chilled 

Instructions:

Combine Sherry and rosewater in the bottom of a tall, narrow glass (or flute). Top off with cold sparkling wine.
