"Funny Legs: a 2D show by a 3D animator" by Yana Zavialova at Blender Conference 2025

Funny Legs is an animated show on YouTube created entirely by one person, from modeling to render. In this talk, a 3D animator, Yana Zavialova, will tell how she has built an efficient pipeline that allows her to create a 1-minute episode in 2–3 weeks. She will share the Blender tricks (like rigging the color, using no lights in the scene, and mixing 3D with Grease Pencil) that helped to achieve an old-school 2D cartoon look.
