If this was the Real World(™)  the tag line would be something like this…" What happens when the world of a liver transplant patient collides with the world of the doctor that performed the surgery…and gave up his own liver to do it?!? DUN DUN DUUUUN!!" Now that I have your attention…that's not what happened at all on the show. But what we do have is one of the greatest leaders to ever grace the halls of an Air Force flying squadron (…and his new feminine liver) and a Flight Doc that knows how to gain the respect of his aviation flock and in turn garner trust amongst men.
