Meet Harlow. He's only a year old. He was found as a stray and brought into the Sheboygan County Humane Society. He's super afraid someone isn't going to be nice to him. He needs a loving home to show him that the world isn't such a bad place. He's VERY shy, but also extremely affectionate once he understands you're not going to hurt him. Just look at that sweet kitty face! Harlow wants you to come in to the Sheboygan County Humane Society to interview with him to be his new forever family.
