Remember the Twitter argument Ben Tulfo and Kakie Pangilinan had in June 2020? The one about victim-blaming? Back in 1993, Ben’s brother Mon Tulfo had a similar argument with a number of different people. Because soon after Eileen Sarmenta was raped and murdered, Mon asked her mother on television: "What was Eileen wearing?"
