In this second episode of I'm Noticing, we further define and check in with ourselves around the container that we are creating for our shared experience.

We talk more about intentions, influences, goals, benefits, perceptions.....

This is also an experiment in editing and producing a podcast! In keeping with the intentions of the container, I have specifically challenged my own perfectionism by just putting the episode out without spending lots of time tinkering with minor details, learning the whole suite of editing tricks, etc. I hope you'll be forgiving along this journey as I learn to do a better job producing!
