If you’ve ever waited in line at the DMV, you know how valuable a faster visit can be. The Missouri Department of Revenue says a new system called FUSION is already making that happen. FUSION stands for Fifty Unique Systems in One Nexus, and it’s designed to streamline services and improve communication across offices statewide. Show Me Today reporter Matt Pilger spoke with Director Trish Vincent, who says the first phase is in place and the second phase—covering titling and registration—is coming soon.
