Future Organizations and Future Management
TRACK-1To truly make a future strategic organization function, we need to go beyond a formal setup and fundamentally rethink our thinking patterns, evaluation systems, and organizational design. In particular, it is important to strengthen our ability to think in scenarios and evolve our organizational culture to make use of diversity.Not only do we need a "place" to create the future, but we also need the "thinking" and "future industry" that support it, new "roles" that make use of people, and imagination for the future society.We actively support and visualize units and bridge teams that explore possibilities through pioneering initiatives, and promote "the role of social change agents beyond corporate management."At times, it is necessary to share foresight that combines the experience of seniors with the premonitions of the next generation of young people. We also consider the development of possibilities, the state of future work, global improvement and the environment, and frontier initiatives.
