In this episode we cover green energy and how it can be used to power bitcoin and other coin mining as well as further helping the planet. I mentioned in a previous episode Musk’s tweets had damaged both his dodgycoin and the major crypto markets but it’s due to bounce back any moment now...

Everyone’s focusing on how environmentally damaging Bitcoin is, but how about the damage we are already doing by burning fossil fuels and other alternative power sources currently?

We need to focus more on wind, hydro power from water, solar farms to go green. The scientist Neil DeGrasse Tysons words resonated with me. Something I saw on his netflix show:

If only we could capture at least 10% of the sunlight energy that falls on the earth in a day we could power the earth for a year.

We could also build more offshore wind farms and really focus on clean energy.

Back to bitcoin, it’s iconic and so is Ethereum so they will bounce back...

Now if only we can build those wind & solar farms in time.
