This week I am joined by the "Queen of Spice Bags" herself, Fyiya!

We kick things off discussing Fyiya’s love for food and her ASMR videos, but the conversation quickly digs into the deeper, often overlooked realities of living with Endometriosis. We discuss the journey to diagnosis for a condition that remains chronically under-researched, the systemic lack of education surrounding periods, and the need to destigmatise women’s health.

Fyiya opens up about her experience with Autism, from the process of being diagnosed to how it shapes the way she connects with the world around her. We explore how TikTok became more than just a platform for her; it provided a career that offers the flexibility to manage her health while building a supportive community that celebrates her authenticity.

A quick note on audio: We had some technical issues during this recording and had to rely on the Zoom audio. Thank you for bearing with the sound quality!
