It's exciting when a team comes out of nowhere and has a championship season. But it's quite another to achieve sustained excellence over time.

In this episode, I talk about my experience as a wrestler at my high school alma mater, Delbarton, and how the program has evolved from a squad with a few occasional superstars but lack of consistent team success to become the elite wrestling program in the state of New Jersey.
