I have always been a fan of the fast start. As a wrestler, I always tried to get on the board first. As a leader of a Sales Development team, I advocate for the fast start to the day, week, and month. In terms of my routines, I am all about being an early riser to attack and win the day.
But the more I thought about it...some of my greatest moments in sports, business, and in life - have been where I came from behind. Where my team and I didn't get out to the best start - but found a way to win.
This episode explores the key question: is it more important to get out to a fast start or to be a clutch closer?
