To kick off the month of May, I not only wanted to think about my monthly goals - it was time for a some new habits and practices. For as long as I can remember, I have been drinking five cups of coffee a day, and after a day simply feeling agitated, anxious, and miserable on April 30th, it was time for a break.

Here's the story of how I went cold turkey for the month of May with zero cups of coffee - not because of discipline and will power - but because I found the right reason WHY.
