I've always considered myself to be a positive person. I have a morning routine that helps me concsciously focus on the right things, I strive to look for the good in each day, and when I go to bed at night, I focus on the good things. So that makes me positive...right?
After reading The Breakthrough Experience by Dr. John Demartini, I had some breakthroughs which exposed some flaws in my perspective. I'm positive and grateful for the good stuff...but what about everything else? In this episode, I will reframe what I believe to be a more integrated outlook on looking at your days...and life in general.
