Ben Simon is the co-founder and CEO of America's leading ugly produce company, Imperfect Produce, which he founded alongside Ben Chester in August 2015. The Ben that we're talking with today started in the world of food waste as a student at the University of Maryland where he founded the Food Recovery Network (FRN), a nonprofit aimed at eliminating waste in college cafeterias.
