Saturday was a big day at San Diego Comic Con, and Den of Geek editor-in-chief Mike Cecchini joins us to talk about the huge news coming from Marvel in Hall H and from DC in Ballroom 20. The biggest surprises came from casting announcements, specifically the last minute lead role for Simu Liu in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, the double whammy of Blade coming to the MCU and the casting of two-time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali in the title role, and of course the shocking appearance of Natalie Portman as the new Thor. David breaks down some favorite anecdotal moments from the panel as well as what we learned from the trailer. We then move on to our magazine cover story, Terminator: Dark Fate, which David says earns its R-rating both with the highlights shared and the f-bombs dropped throughout the panel.
