Kirk is currently in his seventh year on the UCLA coaching staff after being the Head Coach at Oregon State University from 1995 to 2012 where he compiled a very successful record of 554-113-1 record at Oregon State.  Kirk started his coaching career at UCLA in 1984 and remained for 11 years before going to Oregon.  

We will get to know Kirk a lot better and talk about his softball coaching journey.
