For me, today’s topic is one of the most fascinating strategies in real estate.
If you’ve spent any time researching the world of real estate, you’ve no doubt heard all sorts of gurus talking about buying houses with no money down. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard speakers telling folks they can learn their “No Money Down secret at an exclusive 3 day event for the low cost of just $40,000”.

I always knew it was possible, but had no idea how to go about it. I mean, sure, you can find an investor to JV with you, and flip a home, or BRRR it, but there’s little chance they’re going to do that with someone that has no experience.
