I think the title says it all.

All you need is love! In this episode I pop in real quick to let y'all know I'm still alive, still processing all sorts of feelings like wanting romantic love but finding love and fulfillment in my friendships and sharing affection towards my friends. Can't let all this good loving go to waste.

The journey continues for me as I discover more about myself, what I'm capable of, and what I can do to better understand myself and live my truth as an artist and a person. Deep and powerful reflection occurred for me this week thanks to a special book that I'm reading called The Intent to Live. The power of the book overwhelms me but I feel blessed. So much so that I have to read and share what I'm learning and growing from.
