Gabriel Miller is the head winemaker at Noboleis Vineyards.  While sharing his origin story, Gabe talks about the opportunity of doing everything, avoiding procrastination, acting on big ideas, balancing the art and science of his craft; as well, we dive into the complexity of the winery industry.

Gabriel Miller is the head winemaker at Noboleis Vinyard in Augusta, MO.  Gabe graduated with a marketing degree.  He applied that knowledge unconventionally, as the first decade of his professional life had him running comprehensive operations in different industries.  A trip to Tuscany, Italy sparked a personal passion that led to a significant professional pivot.  After the Italy trip, Gabe pursued an education in wine-making.  In only a few years, he transitioned from intern to running operations and producing wines at his vineyard.  Gabe continues to push the envelope for wineries, both in Missouri and beyond.
